Due to recent changes in Facebook’s privacy policy, Facebook login is no longer supported on Gencraft. If you use Facebook to sign in, you will currently be locked out of your account. We apologize for the disruption and want to get you back in as soon as possible.
Your account, creations, followers, likes, badges, and subscription are all safe. Nothing has been deleted. This is only about providing a new way to log in.
To start the process of migrating your account, fill out this form: https://forms.gle/PUrLRsWcTf7G9q4e7. To verify ownership of your account, you will be required to share some basic info about your Gencraft account – the more detail you can share, the faster the verification process.
Once verified, we’ll migrate your account to a Google account that you can use to log in. We’ll process recovery requests as quickly as we can – typically within a couple days of form submission. Please reach out to support <support@gencraft.com> with any additional questions you may have.
